· Dr. Lisa M. Baumgartner is a Professor of Adult, Professional, and Community Education at Texas State University. Her research interests include examining learning and development in marginalized populations, including older adults, individuals living with chronic illness, and women who are bullied in the professoriate. Her co-authored text, Learning in Adulthood: A Comprehensive Guide (3rd and 4th eds) won the Cyril O. Houle Award for Outstanding Literature in Adult Education.
· Dr. Jeremy W. Bohonos is an Assistant Professor in Adult, Professional, and Community Education at Texas State University. He earned his Ph.D. with a Human Resource Development (HRD) specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has published in journals that include Gender, Work and Organization, Adult Education Quarterly, and Human Resource Development Review.
