Her research interests include examining learning and development in marginalized populations, including older adults, individuals living with chronic illness, and women who are bullied in the professoriate. Her co-authored text, Learning in Adulthood: A Comprehensive Guide (3rd and 4th eds) won the Cyril O. Houle Award for Outstanding Literature in Adult Education.

·      Dr. Jeremy W. Bohonos is an Assistant Professor in Adult, Professional, and Community Education at Texas State University. He earned his Ph.D. with a Human Resource Development (HRD) specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has published in journals that include Gender, Work and Organization, Adult Education Quarterly, and Human Resource Development Review.
